Project: "Smart Lighting"

Location: Pendle Vale College & High School
Overview: Complete new lighting install, building wide.
What We Delivered: Delivered a comprehensive, building-wide lighting upgrade, including the removal of obsolete fluorescent fittings and the installation of new, energy-efficient LED lighting systems throughout.

Result: Achieved a 70% reduction in energy consumption through the installation of high-efficiency lighting systems and the implementation of Thorlux SmartScan technology, enabling remote monitoring and reduced ongoing maintenance requirements.

Project: "New Hospital Roof"

Location: Russells Hall Hospital
Overview: Removal of old flat roof coverings and rainwater goods then supply and install new.
What We Delivered:Delivered a full roof refurbishment programme across the residential sites, including replacement of all existing roofs with new roof deck systems, regrading to improve water runoff and falls, installation of new EPDM waterproof coverings to prevent water ingress, and renewal of all fascias, soffits, and downpipes throughout the properties

Result: The programme successfully eliminated ongoing water ingress issues and significantly improved drainage performance across all residential sites. The upgraded roof deck systems and new EPDM coverings enhanced long-term weather protection, while the renewed fascias, soffits, and downpipes improved both durability and appearance. Overall, the works reduced future maintenance requirements, mitigated risk of structural damage, and extended the lifecycle of the roofing assets.

Project: "Hospital Watertight "

Location: Russells Hall Hospital

Overview: Removal of existing expansion joint compound then supply and install new Emseal Seismic Colourseal.

What We Delivered: Delivered a full replacement of degraded expansion joint compounds across 13 buildings by supplying and installing Emseal Seismic Colourseal, effectively sealing joints to prevent debris accumulation and rodent ingress. This upgrade improved building hygiene, enhanced structural integrity, reduced long-term maintenance requirements, and provided a durable, flexible solution capable of accommodating building movement.

Result: The installation of Emseal Seismic Colourseal successfully eliminated pathways for debris and rodent ingress across all 13 buildings. It improved the overall hygiene and safety of the sites, enhanced the durability and resilience of the building joints, and reduced the need for ongoing maintenance while providing a long-lasting, flexible solution that accommodates structural movement.
